I have been offering 1:1 Mentoring for 5 years now and it's been a truly incredible journey to dive deep with individuals in a safely held space and witness the profound transformation that arises from working so intimately. These sessions began as a means to continue to support students from afar when I initially left the UK. But in all honesty, they have turned into so much more than I could have imagined. It is astounding and a privilege to witness the precious birthing of each individual soul, through tenderly allowing every being to unfold their unique story without judgement. All held in the safety of two beings meeting in real love and honesty. These sessions have offered so much support in my own learning and growth as a facilitator and space holder. Every client is so very unique in their needs and requirements to safely unravel, so to have the opportunity to become attuned to feel and be with such a variety of people, body's, nervous systems is a gift I'm deeply grateful for.
